Hey my fellow curly girlies ūüôā First I want to thank you for bearing with me while I took care of a few personal things. I was not able to blog like I wanted to, but now im back in full effect. ( insert popular theme music here ) lol

Today I wanted to dedicate this blog to the many subscription boxes that are available through subscriptions. While doing my research ( both online and through networking with various people ) I have realized that there are sooooo many different boxes on the market. I also noticed that there are many that you can subscribe per month, but there are also ones you can prepay for the whole year, or pay for 3 months in advance. I have to admit I almost become overwhelmed with trying to pick a fav because there are so many different kinds for a vast amount of people. So I just chose a few that interested me. I have them in no particular order:
1. Ipsyipsywww.ipsy.com

I personally subscribe to ipsy. I started in August 2015 I believe. I saw others on instagram¬†talking about it which made me curious. When you sign up you take a short quiz which asks things¬†like whats your hair and skin color, clothing style, and favorite beauty and skin products, etc. It is $10 per month and you can cancel anytime. Each month comes in a pretty hot pink bubble wrap (not shown above) and a different little cute makeup case. The one pictured above was for Dec. You don’t get to choose the products, but if you share on facebook¬†they will reveal¬†one of the products to you before it gets to you. BRANDS THEY FEATURE: Meet Matt Hughes, Laura Geller, Nyx, Covergirl, Nourish Organic, KBS, and many more.

2. Essence Beauty Box essence essencebeautybox.com

**LINKS TO PRODUCTS**

These beauty boxes come in a monthly subscription for $15 per month, 6 month subscription for $90 charged up front, and a yearly subscription for $165 (which gives a discount to $13.75 per box). Sorry I do not have a good pick of some of the items that come inside, but I literally picked it because of the box and the name! I love the color & design of the box. Which shows a natural woman with all of her curly glory in bright orange and pink hues. The slogan is Soulful. Colorful. Beautiful which I love. I am a big fan of essence magazine¬†and essence.com. I received a list of the products in their November 2015 box and they include: No-Poo¬ģ and One Condition¬†Decadence from DevaCurl¬†, Color Splurge‚ĄĘ Luxe Matte Lipstick from Black Opal¬†, Full Exposure Mascara from SmashBox¬†, Professionals Moroccan Infusion Body Lotion from Suave¬†and Hair Fragrance Mist from Fekkai. I personally love the mascara¬†from smashbox¬†(I received it in my ipsy package)

3. Boxycharm boxy www.boxycharm.com

The reason Boxycharm¬†caught my eye¬†is that they say that you can get 4 to¬†6¬† beauty products a month (at least 1 always in a full size)¬†for a $21 monthly subscription (valuing over $100). I love the fact that just for a few extra dollars per month that you can receive full-sized¬†products. I have no issue with the sample sizes, and sometimes you still get a full-sized¬†mascara, eye pencil, etc.¬† I would love to get a full-sized¬†pallet instead of just one eye color. It comes in a classy, chic black box and a card detailing your products and the retail prices. If anyone has more input on boxycharm¬†let me know. I’m¬†really interested in this one ūüôā BRANDS THEY FEATURE: Tarte, Ferro cosmetics, Illume, StrangeBeautiful, Revlon, Coolway, Lina Lashes, Morphe¬†Brushes, and many many more!

4. FabFitFun FabFitFun-300x237 www.fabfitfun.com

**LINKS TO PRODUCTS**

After going through the website and many customer reviews I think I fell in love with this box! What I like the most is that you get many different products ranging from beauty, hair, nails, fitness and even healthy snacks. Unlike the others, they do not offer a monthly subscription. You can either get a seasonal plan which ships every 3 months for $49.99 or you can pay for the whole year up front with an annual subscription of $179.99. Each season box comes with many¬†¬†different products and most are full-sized. This is the only box I’ve¬†checked out that you can receive healthy snacks and fitness DVDs, etc. A lot of the reviews I’ve read stated that they felt like a kid on christmas when they opened the box because it was way¬†more products than¬†expected. If you like variety, and more than just makeup and beauty, this would be a perfect box for you. BRANDS THEY FEATURE: Zumba¬†Fitness, Wren, Great Soles, dermalogica, Zoya¬†¬†, Candlenut¬†, EJH¬†¬†and many more! Each box comes with a mini magazine with each box which includes interviews and various topics pertaining to the season and whats in at the moment.
