Hey everyone and thank you once again for checking out corporateandcurly!!! I’ve revamped the blog a bit so I hope that you like it!! Don’t forget….any comments  or suggestions you may have about making the blog even better, make sure to let me know. I am very open to opinions 🙂

Today I wanted to share my new protective style I have for the spring. I’ve wanted senglenese twist for a long time. Then I recently I thought hey, why not go micro?

My partner has a friend that does fabulous hair. She previously did my daughters hair last spring…A great wash, condition, clipping, and style  did wonders on her hair and she did a great job.

After discussion with the stylist, we decided that crochet twist would be healthier for my hair. I strive to keep my natural hair as healthy as possible. She created a braiding pattern, then French braided my hair, with Kanekalon hair added also(I used the same type of hair in the picture below just not the same brand.

She then proceeded to crochet each twist into my French braids. The whole process only took about an hour and a half. I have to say I love the results.

As of now I have no complaints. My scalp felt a little tight yesterday (the day if install), after putting a little organic coconut oil on my scalp it definitely eased the pain away. I definitely recommend crochet protective styles . They offer a lot of variety plus you can get them in twist, braids, etc.

I hope you enjoyed this post. I am enjoying my hair. Have you ever had Senegalese twist? Crochet? I posted a poll in the poll/quiz section, so make sure to check it out and give your opinion. Again thanks for stopping bye and see you soon. Peace 🙂

We discussed the single twist, then
