After trying out many hair products over the years, I have learned my hair well enough to finally have few favorites I would like to share. Combating dryness, curl definition, and keeping my hair soft is very important to me.

Check out my current favs below:

Pantene Defining Style Curl Custard

picsart_07-28-06-13-251.jpgI LOVE this stuff! This is probably my 3rdΒ time buying it. It really does define my curls, instantly. As soon as I add it to my hair it instantly defines my curl pattern. When dried it keeps my curls all day and even days after. (Great for twist/braid outs and wash & goes)

Cantu Shea Butter Edge Control

I’ve been through a lot of gels, pomade, jams, etc. I’ve found that this edge control keeps my edges sleek. It has a lasting hold and smells great. Just remember a little goes a long way!

Creme of Nature Lemon grass & Rosemary Leave In Conditioner

First of all this smells fantastic! It really is the base of all my styles as well as my detangling. It easily softens the hair while helping to detangle and leave shine. ( Add into a spray bottle with water for an easy way to refresh, soften and detangle )

Dark and Lovely Fade Resistant Hair Color

Since being natural I’ve only added color twice in my hair ( this brand and color). The second time being a few weeks ago. This color makes my hair pop in the sun and goes well with my skintone. I have not run into any negatives so far.

Jamaican Black Castor Stimulating Growth Oil

PicsArt_07-28-06.10.18I use this oil for my edges (growth) and itchy scalp. I add to my fingers to minimize frizz during the take down process for twist/braid outs. A little goes a long way.
