Admit it. You have been guilty of putting people before yourself. Especially us mothers. We tend to put ourselves on the back burner to make sure our kids/family have what they need and want.
It is sometimes difficult to remember that we are just as important and we need catering to as well. Recently I have found pleasure in aromatherapy. Here are 2 products I have discovered recently that helps me with stress, relaxation, and self care.
I roll Deep Relax Roller Ball on my inner wrist and behind each ear to release its balancing and peace-inducing restorative benefit. I mostly use it before bed for extra relaxation. It has aromas of Vetivert, soothing Camomile and sensuous, calming Patchouli.
Omg I LOVE these solo much! 1 cube is enough to exfoliate your whole body while in the shower. I let the water soften the cube in my hands then rub over my body specifically on any rough areas. The smell amazing. Hints of pineapple, kiwi and green apple makes it the perfect refreshing addition to your day.
